OnePlus recently confirmed a new product line of budget smartphones.
OnePlus once known as the flagship killer over the years became a flagship company. But as the prices went up sales started falling. It is not that OnePlus flagships are bad. But the company was loved as a flagship killer and now they seemed to forget their principle. After realization, they started working on a mid-range smartphone. OnePlus Z rumors are everywhere and now it’s official.
Oneplus is “working on a more affordable smartphone line”, this is what CEO of Oneplus posted in a forum post. Although Mr. Lau doesn’t reveal too many details his post linked to an Instagram account “OnePlusliteZthings“. The Instagram account clearly refers to the rumored OnePlusZ series. Pete Lau also confirmed that OnePlus plans to bring its affordable series first in India and the EU. Later, it will be available in North America and other parts of the world.
Recently, XDA developers also reported that the new affordable Oneplus will cost just 330$ or 25K INR. OnePlus Z specs might include a snapdragon 765. 6.55inch 90HZ display, and 5G support.
