Redmi Note 10 Pro 15,999 INR to 18,999 INR
Redmi Note 10 Pro is the newest addition to the Redmi Note series. This series of smartphones have always proved their value for money. But the Competition has changed a lot in the past few years. Today in the upper budget market you will find most smartphones are similarly priced and specs are also the same. So, let’s find out what Redmi Note 10 Pro has to offer.
Design & Display
Redmi tried to give you the best premium feel it could at the price point. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and rear. But the build is plastic as with any other smartphone in the price bracket. 193 g in weight 164 ✕ 76.5 ✕ 8.1mm. However you will experience fingerprints on the back panel. Side of the smartphone have been give matte finish. But the phone is little too slippery and it is advised to keep a back cover to protect it from slipping. Side mounted fingerprint adds cherry to the cake.
6.67 inch Display with 120Hz refresh rate makes it one of the best performing display in the price segment. Also it is AMOLED so expect better quality than most upper budget smartphones. However, not everyone wants such a large display. But this is pretty much the standard for Android smartphones nowadays. HDR10 Certification, DCI-P3 color gamut, SGS eye care certification.
Performance
The Smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 732G which is an upgrade to Snapdragon 730G. SD730G is the standard processor in this price bracket and SD732G is a good deal. You can play games at standard quality and frame rates. But don’t expect to play at the highest settings it will lead to lags. Don’t compare this device with SD765G as you will have to pay extra bugs for that processor. SD765G is the best mid-range processor. But SD732G is the best upper budget range processor.
No 5G but support 4G LTE. 5020 mah battery is enough to keep you going. And 33W inbox charger provides you fast charging access. Remember the higher you keep the refresh rate of your device the faster it will consume battery.
Camera
Quad Camera setup 64MP + 8MP + 5MP + 2MP. Let’s be fair the 8MP ultrawide camera can only be used in bright daylight. The 5MP tele macro is useless in most scenarios. That’s pretty much the standard camera setup. Most smartphones in this price segment have the same setup. But Remi Note 10 Pro is not the best shooter in the segment. Focus and exposure are good but the colors as usual aren’t most natural in the Note series. If you have like previous Note series Pictures then you will love this too.
Verdict
Redmi Note 10 Pro is really good value for money. Being the latest addition it is a few steps ahead of the competition. If your budget falls within the price range of this device then go ahead and hit the buy button.
