Trump Administration banned Huawei smartphone sales in the USA. They also took extreme measures to cut of Huawei Chip supplies. <strong>But Apple is different<\/strong>, China can&#8217;t control what Apple get and what not. The Primary manufacturer for Apple TSMC will continue to manufacture for Apple and China can&#8217;t take down Apple. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">TSMC(Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.) plans to <strong>build an advanced<\/strong> chip manufacturing factory in <strong>Arizona<\/strong>. This might be the result of <strong><a style=\"color:red;\" href=\"https:\/\/explore.techenutia.com\/2020\/02\/20\/huaweis-access-to-chips-banned\/\">Trump administration&#8217;s decision<\/a><\/strong> about the license requirement for using any USA Softwares for Chip manufacturing. The Company says the new plant will create <strong>1600, &#8220;high-tech professional jobs&#8221;<\/strong>.  The total spends on the plant could be about <strong>12$ billion by 2029<\/strong>. The construction will start in<strong> 2021 and production to start in 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">However, what financial incentives will TSMC get from federal or state government is not yet clear. but the<a style=\"color:red;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/taiwan-company-to-build-advanced-semiconductor-factory-in-arizona-11589481659?mod=e2tw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"> Wall Street Journal<\/a> report states that <strong>State and Commerce departments<\/strong> are involved in the plans. In addition to Apple, TSMC also considers Nvidia and Huawei among its clients. So, this could also be a <strong>positive thing for Huawei<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Chip manufacturing plants can be expensive to build. As noted by <a style=\"color: red;\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Bloomberg (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/tsmc-build-chip-plant-arizona-185039746.html\" target=\"_blank\">Bloomberg<\/a> TSMC spent almost 17$ billion in its primary manufacturing plant.
