Motorola Moto Edge X30 debuted today!
Since the launch of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, companies were racing to be the first to launch with the chipset. Motorola gets the first place now.
This new phone comes in two version. Both regular and Special Edition are almost identical in their specs, but the special edition has under-display selfie camera.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC is the most exciting part of this phone. But there are several specs to look forward to.
Currently, the Motorola Moto Edge X30 will be available only in China, it’ll be in their market from December 14. This new smartphone might be available in the Indian market as well.
First Specs
The new smartphone comes in three storage and cost variants. The first one is a basic 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, this comes up to 3,199 yuan (around INR 38,000). The second is 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, which is 3,399 yuan (around INR 40,000). The final variant is the Special Edition one, which has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This variant doesn’t have expandable storage. It costs around 3,999 yuan (around INR 47,400).
Motorola Moto Edge X30 has 6.8inch of screen, with FHD+ OLED display. It has 20:9 aspect ration. The refresh rate is 144Hz.
The front end camera is 60MP. For the regular version, this camera is visible to the eye. In the special edition, as mentioned earlier, the camera is under the display. There’s little information about whether this affects the camera’s performance.
There are three rear end cameras. The main camera is 50MP with 108MP sensor. The ultrawide camera is 50MP with 13MP shooter. There’s a 2MP depth shooter as well.
Motorola Moto Edge X30 comes with a 5,000mAh battery. It charges with 68W charger. There’s NFC support available as well.
