Samsung Galaxy A73 Leaks

Samsung is known to provide their goods in an array. With their phones, it’s never been a single phone with a single price.

This is especially true with Samsung’s Galaxy A-series. They come in budget-friendly options and flagship versions for people to choose from. Each version comes with a exciting addition which the other two may or may not see.

Now we know the details of Samsung Galaxy A73. This is a successor of Galaxy A72. The leak follows the details of Galaxy A13, and the increase in water resistance of A33.

Tipsters OnLeaks and Zoutons provided a first look of this range-topper, and a brief overview of the specs. Let’s take a look:

Basic Specs

The new Galaxy A73, from the outside, looks very similar to it’s previous version Galaxy A72. It contains the same rectangle for the 4 camera lenses it holds.

Leaks point to a 108megapixel camera among the four. Galaxy A73 will be 6.7inches and might contain in-display fingerprint scanner.

Dimensions of this phone can contain a 5,000mAh battery. It might come with a 33W charger as well. Expected refresh rate is 90Hz, with AMOLED display.

The leak suggests this phone will equip Snapdragon 750G, which is a minor upgrade from the previous one. Galaxy A73 can handle 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Availability of expansion slots is still unclear.

A33 doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack, leaks point that Samsung Galaxy A73 might not have one either. This is not surprising, as Samsung will probably make it a trend and push wireless headphones soon.

Other Information

So far, there is nothing established about Samsung Galaxy A73’s pricing or launch date. Leaks suspects the launch will occur before new year.

Estimated cost of the new addition of Galaxy A-series is INR 32,999.

This launch will be a direct competition to phones like OnePlus 10, and Redmi Note 11T, etc.
