Yesterday, we got a taste of what Xiaomi Watch S1 could be. Today, we have our first look into this new smartwatch.
Xiaomi officially launched the new smartwatch today, along with the Xiaomi 12 series. The company heavily emphasizes use of lofty materials in the smartwatch. Here’s what we know about the specs and features:
The watch uses a sapphire glass display. It has calf-leather strap and a stainless steal body.
It has 1.43inch AMOLED display, and supports 117 sports modes. Although this watch is geared towards business folks, there seems to be more than enough for others’ too. It has GNSS for outdoor activity tracking. Xiaomi claims to have 24/7 health management but there’s no explanation regarding it.
For swimmers, the Xiaomi Watch S1 contains 5ATM water resistance. And for those who stay out more than in, it has 12-day battery life.

The best part of Xiaomi Watch S1 is the price. It’s not too expensive. It costs only 1,099 yuan (which is ~INR 12,890). However, we don’t know if this smartwatch will be available on the global market yet. For those who live in China, however, it will be available on 31st December of 2021.
