Samsung Galaxy A13 4G and Galaxy A33 leaks have surfaced from the depths of the internet. And it’s not what anyone expected, to say the least.
A German leaker WinFuture tipped us on these two. If these rumoured specs turn out to be true, we need to ask Samsung if it’s okay. Is everything going okay over there? Need any help?
Galaxy A13 4G
Let’s begin with a version we’ve heard a lot about. The Samsung Galaxy A13 4G is an alternative for the A13 5G that was released in the US only. They’re ditching the 5G for this phone and keeping the 4G. Both phones might come in Black, White, and Light Blue colours.
Galaxy A13 4G will have Exynos 850 like the 5G version. The 4G version might have 4 cameras: 48MP primary camera, 5MP ultrawide, and two 2MP sensors. And the selfie camera is 8MP.
Everything seems okay, so far, right? Well, keep reading.
It’ll be 6.6inches long, with a PLS-LCD screen. The refresh rate is 90Hz. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery and a 15W charger.
This is all fine. The concerning part is that all of these are painfully regular Samsung information. In this competitive world, where every company is trying to one-up each other, this truly creates no excitement whatsoever. Besides, all the phones in the Galaxy A series blur together in terms of specs. Their only difference is their price points.
This phone will come in three storage variants, as usual. 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage will cost around INR 15,000. 4GB/64GB storage variant’s expectation is INR 17,000. The final 4GB/128GB storage variant’s INR 18,700.
Galaxy A33
Fine, fine. Maybe it’s just one of the phones. Let’s take a look at the other leaked phone, shall we?
Samsung Galaxy A33 is claimed to have an unannounced Exynos 1200 chipset. This phone will have the same 5,000mAh battery with 15W charger provided.
This phone of the series will launch in 5G. It has a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen 6.4inches long and OLED (FDH+) — this is a major upgrade from A32. The only known storage variant is 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal.
We don’t know the price range for this phone either. But taking an estimate of the previous version, Samsung Galaxy A33 might be anywhere between INR 21,000 to INR 23,000.
The lack of exciting features is what is concerning. Are any of the features something to look forward to? Hopefully, Samsung has something up their sleeve to surprise us and compete on the same level as other companies. (If not, it’ll be a difficult year for Samsung.)
