Just After China Incident India started boycotting Chinese Apps and Use the Home Made Apps under the “Made In India” Movement. Mitron TV is the TikTok Alternative built by Indian Company Mitron for India. Mitron recently launched “Atmanirbhar Apps” an Android Apps that aims to inform Indians about Apps build by Indian Developers.
The app just displays a list of Indian Apps under different Categories like Business, Learning, Productivity, and others. Users Can download this App from the Play store and then look for an Indian Alternative to their Favorite app. When the user selects an App he is then redirected to the Play Store page of that particular app from where the user can download the App.
Some of the apps listed on Atmanirbhar Apps by Mitron include Aarogya Setu, BHIM UPI, MyGov, PMO India, mPassport Seva, UMANG, and onlineRTI. It also aims to popularise lesser-known made in India apps like Atmanirbh Kifayat, Grocit, Jain Thela, Home Shoppy, YourQuote, Vridhi Stores, Xploree AI Keyboard, mParivahan, and more.
